Our modularisation include handrails, gridmesh, ladders, supports, hoppers, chutes and bins. Where practical can include the installation of all liners and these would be fitted during assembly in the fabrication workshop/yard. All conveyor trusses can be fully modularised with idler frames, walkways, lighting poles etc.

Assembly & Fit-out
Where practical all sections including Handrails, Grating, Floor Plates, Guarding, bins, chutes, conveyor parts including rollers, idlers, racks, scrapers, wind hoops, electrical items like lighting sensors and detectors.
Mechanical & Electrical Commissioning
COG Centre of Gravity checks, load cell testing, fit outs of rip detectors, walkway lighting including all electrical labelling and junction boxes.
Packaging and Logistics
Lift studies, pilot permits, traffic management & Wardens / linesmen, tracking, barcoding & labelling.
