Ceramic Liners
WSS manufacture high quality wear liners utilising high density Saint-Gobain ceramics sourced from the USA. Liner kits are custom manufactured to meet the demands of the intended application and can be modified to provide an optimum performance under a variety of environmental factors.
Treat & Skirt Liners
WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS ‘Zero Tile’ Skirt Liners have been developed by WSS to improve conveyer belt performance, by eliminating premature wear caused by skirt damage. The Zero Tile is installed with a zero-gap tolerance, preventing material from getting under the skirt liner and causing belt damage. The Zero Tile system is also significantly lighter than existing metallic skirt liners, increasing installation safety and efficiency.
Magma Spray
WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS ‘Magma’ is an ultra-high wear resistant polyurea coating, developed to suit various applications and operating conditions. WSS Magma is an extremely versatile product; curing takes a matter of seconds, and application times are a fraction of those seen in traditional rubber lining or cast polyurethanes.
3D Laser Scanning & Modelling
WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS provide on-site consulting and 3D scanning services in an effort to improve client production efficiency, reduce maintenance intervals and minimise stock holding.
Fabrication & Installation
WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS provide steel fabrication and liner installation locally in Bibra Lake, WA. All fabricated assets are completed to client specification with a focus on quality, safety and meeting client maintenance shutdown requirements.
Direct Bond
WEAR SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS offer Direct Bonding as a cost effective solution to improve the wear life of a conventional steel surface.
